Thanks for your help. they say the cause was port side water tank was empty however the others were full, opened all valves and no dice. check valve was getting stuck and was replaced. got ripped off 18 bucks at WM same valve home depot 8 bucks. everything now is working well till next time when my wife takes a shower and the system goes down again. George
